Service Description
We will spend the first segment getting acquainted and gathering your health history. Essential to have your thoughts and wellness goals be the center or our session. (Usually 45-60min) I find a benefit of a brief quiet time before moving into the session. I offer guided breath work or can do a guided meditation if you like. Next you rest comfortably on the table, fully clothed. You will receive a session focused on your needs. This can last 45 to 60min. Many clients fall into a deep sleep by the end of the session, so you may just rest for a bit at the close of our time together.
